This Oats and Honey Bar is the perfect snack for me as I try to avoid sugar where possible.
I did not use any sugar but I used honey instead so it doesn't lack any sweetness. It is a simple and healthy recipe with only rolled oats, honey and extra virgin coconut oil. You can also add dried fruits to your own preference and availability if you like. The texture is a combination of crunchy and soft which I love.
I got this idea from Copycat Nature Valley™ Oats 'n Honey Bars in Betty Crocker.
I am a healthy snack bar person, I also have other Granola Bar recipes that you may also like Dates Granola Bar and Homemade Granola recipe.
